Bramblethorn is a heavily soured and Berry-flavored wine that is a refreshing drink to have in the mild climate of Shirogane's North Shore. However, during these winter months it is a potent beverage that has it's fair share of kick to it, drink responsibly and safely with this Cherrywine in Hand.

Etherys' Warmth

Ingredients: Ground palm sugar, Rice schnapps, Cinnamon, Lemon.

It was said that this drink was born when a traveler tried to replicate a drink that was offered to him by Walaqee natives during his journeys in the new world. The ingredients were impossible to find, but that never stopped the man from bringing bits of every part of the three continents to replicate this hot beverage.

Heaven's Mint

Ingredients: Agave sap, lime, mint leaves, white wine, soda water.

Directly from the Sea of Clouds, this cocktail it's said to be born from the contact made between the Ishgardian explorers and some peaceful vanu-vanu tribes. Chilled white wine coming directly from the Vault in Ishgard is blended with a mix of natural ingredients found in The Sea of Clouds, creating a refreshing beverage for those warm nights.

Hingashi Whiskey Highball

Ingredients: Whiskey, Soda Water, Lemon

A classic Hingashi cocktail consisting of three simple ingredients. A whiskey of choice, usually recommended as an aged bourbon by our bartender on staff. The crisp taste of soda water cutting the bite of the Whiskey and a garnish of lemon to bring a smidge of zest to this otherwise simple, easy drink.

Ilsabard Sunrise

Ingredients: Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Tequila

This medly of fruit juices mixed with a simple, powerful spirit is a fun way to round out an evening or a fun way to keep the party going in the evening. Several shots of Ala Mhigan or Thanalan tequila followed by freshly squeezed orange juice and imported cranberry juice result in a simple, effective and delectable drink.

Jewel’s Night

Ingredients: Coffee flavored Whiskey Cream, ice, Dark chestnut sap liquor, Vanilla essence.

A sweet drink for those who can’t delight in sweetness, to keep your mind sharp and the cheeks tingling. The warmth floods your throat with the cold touch of this cocktail. The nose will remember the embrace of the earthly scents of the morning even if the night is dark. An umber beautiful spirit to enjoy passion.

Kuro Hana

Ingredients: Cognac, black tea, honey, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder.

For those taciturn wanderers and troubadours, this hot beverage was made for them. The black tea infusion is blessed with the strong essence of dravanian cognac. The cinnamon, vanilla and honey are brought from the best harvest made by Shroud botanists to bring a tranquil night drink, made for poets and other artists.

Twelve’s Ambrosia

Ingredients: Grenadine, peach schnapps, vodka, blue curacao, pineapple juice, berries and oranges, ice.

A colorful drink, sweet and chill, made for those who had a little gloomy day or just want to receive an extra charged dose of energy for the night. The most liberal hingan visitors find the rainbow drink delightful. It is said that this cocktail is so strong that even the powerful kami would delight their spirits in the blessing of Eorzean gods.

Void's Embrace

Ingredients: Activated charcoal, blackberries, grape and lime juice, white and aged rum.

A mysterious pitch black drink with biting flavor that entices the senses with its citric tones and strong essence. The mix of aged and white rum coming from the Ciedales bathes the alchemical activated charcoal and the blackberries brought from the darkest corners of the Shroud. Would you like to consume darkness itself?

Othard Soju and Hingashi Sake

Flavors: Original, Acai, Apple, Strawberry, Cranberry, Peach, Plum, Blueberry

We carry a number of different Sojus and Sakes of varying flavors. All of which start their base as a plain, simple spirit with very little bite and is very easy to drink. Then back-sweetened in-house and re-filtered to keep the same consistency. Soju is often served chilled, while sake is served warm.

Tea Medley

Tea is a staple of the East. And alongside a myriad of alcoholic beverages we also offer non-alcoholic options. Gyoza and Bao Bao (Dumplings)

A staple of Eastern cuisine, these dumplings come in a myriad of flavors. Using versatility of both filling and dumpling wrapper to create a delightful snack. All our dumplings are steamed and can be pan finished if desired. With our offering of Bao soup dumplings. Tossed with chili oil, green onion and toasted sesame seeds.

Takoyaki

Flavors: Octopus, Tempura, Green Onion and pickled ginger

These iconic spherical snacks cooked in a cast iron pan are thickly battered with a wheat based dough, stuffed with several different savory flavors of vegetables and seafood. Upon serving they are garnished with a teriyaki sauce and Kugane Mayo. A joy to eat and play with.

Onigiri

Flavors: Pickled Sour ginger, Kombu, Salted Salmon or Pickled Ume

Often Mistaken as Hingashi Donuts, these triangular shaped rice balls are a popular on-the go snack and often prepared on-mass and warmed as a ready to eat meal. Rice stuffed with sour and salted ingredients and formed into their into their iconic shape with A stip of toasted seaweed on the bottom.

Lucina Burger

Ingredients: Beef, Cheese, Bun, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Condiments are available on request

A very non-traditional dish, Burgers are made fresh to order from Chuck roast and Short rip ground together into a patty, a single slice of cheese, maybe two if you're feeling fancy before being topped with grilled onions and thin-sliced porkbelly. All piled high on a toasted Ishgardian brioche bun. Don't eat it with a Fork and Knife, Seriously.

Teba Shio (Salted Chicken Wings)

Ingredients: Wings, Salt, Vinegar, Chili Oil

These poultry wings are delightfully fried in peanut oil to crispy golden perfection after laying in a brine of vinegar and salt overnight. After being fried to perfection they are served with a side of chili oil and garnished with green onions for that special kick.

Manju

Flavors: Red Bean, Matcha, Cocoa, Vanilla paste

A traditional Hingan desert of a rice powder stuffed with a filling of choice. Often served in it's most common form of Red Bean paste stuffed. Easy to eat, simple to look at and perfectly matching the Aesthetic of a sweet Hingan evening.

Dango

Flavors: Red Bean, Matcha, Cocoa, Vanilla paste, Rice

Dango is often considered to be the blank canvas of Hingan deserts, often on a skewer and roasted over open flame. This glutinous rice ball is often flavored to reflect the desires of it's indulger. With Green Tea, Red Bean paste and unflavored variants being the most popular.

Ingredients: Pear Infused Vodka, Apple syrup, Neutral flavored seltzer, ginger extract, garnished with Pear slices.

Light and Airy, this Vodka based cocktail serves as sprites and spirits of summer. Using the natural purity of the pear these mini cocktails pack a surprising amount of flavor in a small glass. Yes they can be taken like a shot. But best enjoyed sipped and chilled.

Lemonade Mimosa

Ingredients: Lemon Infused Tequila, Lemonade (Available in Strawberry, Rolanberry or Blueberry), Ishgardian Sparkling Wine, Sugar rim, garnished with lemon slices

A powerful take on the classic day drinking beverage popularized in Ishgard to celebrate the slight bits of warm experienced during this time. Lemon infused Tequila is added to provide a bit more substance and kick to the drink. Be cautious, they sneak up on you.

Cruz Collins

Ingredients: Gin, Tequila, Vodka, Simple Syrup, Lime and lemon based setlzer, garnished with a cherry and lemon slice

This hard drink is a blend of the holy trinity of clear spirits. It is strong, it is fun, and you may wake up with some regrets in the morning. For when you need a scapegoat. There's always Cruz.

Dark N' Stormy

Ingredients: Dark Spiced Rum, Lime Juice, Ginger Beer, garnished with a lime wedge

Made from privateer provisions, as a remedy to sleep through the night this spice forward beverage cuts through the salt and seabreeze to fill the senses with a level of calm. This is a very rum heavy beverage, with higher proof rum preferred. Though can be diluted for those of lesser constitutions.

Blackberry Smash

Ingredients: New World Blackberry Bourbon, Blackberries, Lime juice, Simple Syrup and garnished with mint leaves

Imported Whiskey infused over a long sea voyage can certainly bring new flavors to the palette. A new trail of dawn that seems to be just over the horizon. Muddled mint and blackberries mixed with lime juice, simple Syrup and of course Blackberry Bourbon. Make for a lovely springtime reminder of a new dawn

The In-cider

Ingredients: Apple Whiskey, Apple Cider [Warm, there is no arguing for cold], Cinnamon, Allspice, Star Anise (Ground), Maple Whipped cream, Apple slices, Cinnamon stick.

Holding over from the great harvest, this drink of warm apple cider and apple infused Whiskey is a delight to drink and warm your heart during these chilling times. This sweet powerhouse is spiced to offset the delightful taste of honeycrisp cider and create a perfectly balanced drink for the Winter season.

Winter Berry Shooters

Ingredients: Blue Curacao, Winterberry extract, Grain Alcohol, Three frozen winterberries

This strong, oddly refreshing shot is made from three simple ingredients. It's hard to fit a ton of ingredients in a shotglass. But less is more, with a potent grain alcohol serving as the basis of the drink, colored with the sweet refreshment of tropical Blue Curaco and a half-measure of winterberry extract. Black Mage Brew

Double, bubble, toil and trouble. This drink comes from an old apple harvest recipe from Black Mages of old. In the interest of keeping their identity secret. We have redacted their name from the recipe. This Vodka and whiskey based cocktail is often seen as a health cure in certain parts of Eorzea. Clearing sinuses and soothing away the biting chill.

Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients: Maple Syrup, Uldastora Bitters, Gridanian Bourbon, Cinnamon and Orange Peel Garnish

Some things are timeless, others are classic. This drink just so happens to be both. Born in the Shroud far across the Sea of Jade. The ingredients are simple but the flavors complex. Relying heavily on the smoky flavors of whiskey, punch of the bitters and the delightfully sugary texture of the rich syrup. Garnished with a Cinnamon stick and Orange peel after exfoliating the oils.

Cranberry and Rolanberry Hot Toddy

Ingredients: Cranberry and Rolanberry juice cocktail, cranberries, lemon, star anise, Limsan high proof rum and cinnamon

This warm, fruity Cocktail is delightfully deceptive in nature. Taking the place of tea during this temperature dropping part of the season. This spiced and seasoned cocktail takes advantage of the final harvesting of cranberries, rolanberries and preserved lemons from Summer. Elongated with high proof rum and garnished with cinnamon and star-anise.

Chocolate White Garlemald

Ingredients: Dark Chocolate liquor, Rum, Cream, Coffee liquor, warm milk, garnished with a chocolate rim

This rum drink is born in the empire of Garlemald. Brought over after the invasion of Doma. This drink has been upscaled with the spoils of war, chocolate and cacao upon a traditional cream and rum beverage. To provide even more complexity to this creamy drink.

Apple Cider Mimosa

This simple Brunch cocktail makes its return for the lovely Hingashi Fall nights. Incorporating fresh apple cider, champagne from Ishgard, a sugar, cinnamon rim and a garnished apple slice. The Blob Special

Yumi is originally a Steppe born Xaela, born to an intentionall unnamed and unknown tribe in the Steppe. Following an exile, she travelled through Doma during the Garlean Invasion and was wounded severely. After recovering in Hingashi and doing odd jobs in Eorzea, eventually settled into security work for a brothel in Thanalan.After suspiciously rising through the ranks with ease to General Management and Ownership, her investment took her back to the East, to Shirogane where the Mikoshi's Rest opened its doors anew with Yumi at the helm.
